The trouble is that you just can't find it in you to practice what you've learned. It seems to take up too much brain space. As a type 9, it's easier to conserve wherever possible.


You know you are stuck, but don't want to set goals that would make your life more amazing because you're afraid that you won't accomplish them, and that would make you feel even worse.

How does it work?


We’ll meet together on a call and spend time examining your toughest problem. You’ll tell me what you'd like to change. Then I’ll share my perspective and talk about where you can go from here.


We’ll discuss what continued one-one coaching looks like and you’ll leave the call with at least one change of perspective that can make a difference in your level of peace.

In my program, you’ll learn some fool-proof strategies that will bring you greater peace. And guess what....hiding in your bedroom scrolling social media isn't one of them. I'm going to help you to get to the root of why you do what you do, and how to change. You’ll start feeling greater love and compassion for everyone in your life and will enjoy more confidence in all of the areas of your life.
