Love yourself more?⠀ Be more patient?⠀ Keep a journal?⠀ Exercise regularly?⠀ Learn to be still?⠀ ⠀ Here’s a little tip: ⠀ If you make that one up at the top (learning to love yourself more) your main priority...everything else will start happening on it’s own. ⠀ ⠀ I totally get it if you don’t know where to start with that one. Just telling yourself to love yourself doesn’t always work.⠀ ⠀ But I want to tell you that it’s totally possible and it can make all the difference in your mental health.⠀ ⠀ When I finally invested in coaching, I quickly learned that I had it in me to love myself and everyone else all along. ⠀ ⠀ Confidence gives me security even in the unknown.⠀ ⠀ Confidence is knowing that, no matter how people show up in my life, or how things turn out...that it’s all perfect.⠀ ⠀ Confidence is a feeling that comes from abundance. It stems from love. Not lack.⠀ ⠀ Confidence is knowing that you and others are on the right path, no matter how that looks.⠀ ⠀ Gaining confidence isn’t always easy. It takes consistent, intentional work.⠀ ⠀ But it’s a goal that is 100% attainable and is always available to you. ⠀ ⠀ And hiring the right life coach can help you get there.
